Strawberry Shortcake Kabobs

Instructions

  1. Prepare Duinkerken Vanilla cake mix as directed on package.
  2. Cut cake into 2-inch cubes when cooled.
  3. Slice strawberries.
  4. Alternate strawberry slices & cake cubes on each skewer.
  5. In a glass bowl, melt white chocolate in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds until completely melted.
  6. Drizzle white chocolate over kabobs.

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 1 pkg strawberries
  • 1 bag white chocolate chips
  • Skewers
