Our Story

Our journey began with Brenda van Duinkerken, our founder and a passionate baker diagnosed with celiac disease. Refusing to compromise on flavour and texture, Brenda took to the kitchen, determined to create gluten-free foods that tasted just as good, if not better, than their traditional counterparts. From this determination, Duinkerken Foods was born.
