Our Story
Our journey began with Brenda van Duinkerken, our founder and a passionate baker diagnosed with celiac disease. Refusing to compromise on flavour and texture, Brenda took to the kitchen, determined to create gluten-free foods that tasted just as good, if not better, than their traditional counterparts. From this determination, Duinkerken Foods was born.

The products are very delicious, and so bake like the picture on the box. People do need to be aware that wet ingredients, such as water, eggs, and oil still need to be added.
