Old Fashioned Dumplings


  1. Measure 1-cup biscuit mix, baking powder, and parsley in a medium-size bowl.
  2. Stir in milk, melted butter and egg. Mix to form a soft dough.
  3. Drop spoonsful into boiling stew. Cover and simmer 12 – 14 minutes without lifting the lid.
  4. Serve.


  • 1 cup Duinkerken Biscuit Mix
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
