Holiday Gumdrop Loaf


  1. Preheat oven to 350 °F.
  2. In a medium size bowl add muffin mix then add eggs, milk, and butter/oil. Mix well (2-4 minutes).
  3. Mix softened cream cheese into the mix. Fold in gum drops.
  4. Pour in Grease 4 x 8 loaf pan. Bake for approximately 55 – 60 minutes.


  • 1 pkg Duinkerken Muffin mix
  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ Cup Milk
  • ¼ Cup melted butter or oil
  • 3 oz Pkg. of Philadelphia Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1 Cup Gumdrops Cut In Pieces
