Cinnamon Swirl Loaf


  1. Preheat oven 350 F and grease 4 x 8 loaf pan.
  2. Empty muffin mix into medium size mixing bowl. Add eggs, oil and milk and blend well. Mix in softened cream cheese.
  3. Wisk together melted butter, sugar and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
  4. Spoon about 1/4 of the batter into the pan and smooth surface. Spread about 1/3 of the Cinnamon Sugar over the batter. Repeat layers.
  5. Dollop the remaining Cinnamon Sugar over the batter. Drag a butter knife back and forth to make the swirls. Top with remaining batter.
  6. Bake approximately 55 – 60 minutes


  • 1 pkg Duinkerken Muffin Mix
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup oil
  • 1/2 cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese (softened)

Cinnamon Swirl Mixture:

  • 4 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. cinnamon powder
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
