Breakfast Pizza

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven at 425 F.
  2. Prepare pizza mix according to package.
  3. Press dough to fit 12-inch pan.
  4. Sprinkle the top of the dough with mozzarella cheese.
  5. In a medium bowl, whisk together three eggs and milk.
  6. Pour eggs and milk over pizza dough.
  7. Sprinkle the top of the pizza with bacon and cheddar cheese.
  8. Bake for 15 minutes or until it starts to bubble.

  • 1 pkg Duinkerken Pizza Mix
  • 5 eggs
  • 2 1/2 tsp. yeast
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1 cup bacon, cooked and chopped
