Banana Bread

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  2. Mash bananas and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, add muffin mix, eggs, milk and melted butter. Blend well until batter is smooth.
  4. Fold in mashed bananas
  5. Spread evenly into the prepared pan.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 55 – 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean. Cool loaf in the pan for about 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.

  • 1 Pkg. Duinkerken Muffin Mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 3 large ripe bananas
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
