Gingerbread Cutout Cookie


  1. Preheat oven 350 F
  2. Mix Duinkerken Gingerbread Mix, egg, water, and melted butter. Mix for 2-3 minutes until dough forms together. For easier handling, cover and refrigerate the dough for 15 minutes.
  3. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and roll to ¼ inch thickness. Cut into desired shapes with a floured cookie cutter.
  4. Place 1 inch apart onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake 8 – 10 minutes or until golden around edges. Cool cookies for 5 minutes before removing from sheet. Decorate as desired.


  • 1 package Duinkerken Gingerbread Mix
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp. water
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 1/3 cup Duinkerken Rice Flour for floured surface rolling
