Use our Bread Mixes in the Bread Machine

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of Duinkerken bread mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tsp quick-rising yeast
  • 1 ½ cups warm water
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 3 tbsp oil

Directions:

  1. Add all liquids: warm water, oil, eggs in bread maker pan.
  2. Separate bowl, add Duinkerken baking mix and then add in yeast and sugar. Mix well. Then add dry mix into the bread maker pan. Use a spatula to make sure all dry ingredients are mixed well with the liquids.
  3. Menu on Bread Machine: select gluten-free setting
  4. Loaf size: 1.5 lbs
  5. Crust: Medium
  6. Bake under gluten free setting, until cycle is complete.
