Italian Breadcrumbs

Get ready to elevate your next meal with our delicious homemade breadcrumbs recipe! Using either our multi-grain bread mix or white bread mix!


  1. Spread bread stripes out on ungreased baking sheet.
  2. Dry in 300 F oven for approximately 30 minutes or until crisp. Then, place in blender or food processor until fine crumb texture.
  3. Place in large bowl and add remaining ingredients.
  4. Plain Bread Crumbs: omit last 7 ingredients.
  5. Store in plastic bag.



  • ½ loaf Duinkerken Bread sliced and cut in narrow strips
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Parsley Flakes
  • 1 Tsp Sweet Basil
  • 1 Tsp Whole Oregano
  • 1 Tsp Celery Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
