6-inch Pumpkin Spice Layer Cake

Get ready for a tasty treat that’s sure to satisfy your sweet tooth! Introducing our 6-inch Pumpkin Spice Layer Cake, made with our signature Pumpkin Spice Mix!



Preheat oven 350 F. Grease 2 – 6 inch round cake pans. Set aside.

Combine baking mix, eggs, milk and oil in medium size bowl. Mix well until batter is smooth. Mix in pumpkin puree until blended.

Pour the batter evenly in 2 prepared pans. Bake 35 – 40 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.

Remove from oven and allow cakes to cool for 5 minutes on a wire rack before removing from pans.

Cool completely before frosting.


Cream Cheese Frosting:

In bowl, cream the butter and cream cheese until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy. Add milk until you reach your desired frosting consistency. Frost the cake.
